$POKE and crypto: extreme risk
- $POKE is an experimental token with no intrinsic value. It is not an investment, not a security, not a promise of profit, and not backed by anything. Its price can go to zero.
- We make no promise that $POKE, in-game items, rewards, or prizes hold value, can be sold, or can be redeemed for anything.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You alone control your wallet and private keys. We can never recover lost, stolen, or mistakenly-sent funds.
- Crypto assets are highly volatile and may be restricted or taxed where you live. You are solely responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to you.
Wagering, prizes & gambling
- Player-vs-player duels may let you wager real value, and prize events may award items of value. Depending on where you live, this may be regulated or prohibited.
- These features are intended for adults (18+, or the age of majority where you live) and are void where prohibited. You are responsible for confirming they are legal for you before using them.
- We do not guarantee any winnings, odds, payouts, or prize availability. Outcomes may use on-chain verifiable randomness; “provably fair” means the draw can be verified — it does not mean any outcome, value, or legality is guaranteed.
